PENDIDIKAN KRISTEN: KESEIMBANGAN ANTARA INTELEKTUALITAS DAN SPIRITUALITAS

Abstract


Christian Education at present time is not only required to give an intelectual impact or cognitive skill, but also capable to give an implication to morality even spirituality domain of learners. Refer to the insight of national education with characteristic dimension, Christian Education is required to be able to build learner’s skill wholly; cognition, affection, and psycho-motoric. Christian Education which is taught in institutions, from elementary to highest level, from formal, informal to non-formal shape, required to produce responsive outcome to the need and nation’s moral problem. Christian Education at schools is not only conveyed as mere formal requirement, yet striving a clear and proper vision and mission of education, that is to build human wholly, which intellectuality and spirituality are balanced. This article would explain as expoundedly an assence of Christian Education, which have to be able to produce learning outcome whise balanced quality; both intellectuality and spirituality.
