GEREJA LOKAL DAN KEGIATAN MISI

Abstract

Mission activities are very related to local church; exis or not, stagnant or growing of a local church would be affected by its mission, with any form. Local church has to strive its mission according to each context, and not to copy other church blue print of being success. In this paper researched biblically and practically about the activities of the mission, taking into account what was experienced by the local church pastored by the author. There are seven theological steps of fostering church growth which must to be considered. Those are important, because mission activities have inter-correlated with church growth. There are seven traits of church which possessing mission-minded. And ultimately, pastor, as a implemented leader of local church has a key role in its mission antivities, so that can affect the local church growth.
