Abstract

Pastor’s family lifehood has to be attention among church members. Pastor’s wife and children have to make a good attitude giving a good example for the church members. Hence, pastor’s family behavior has to be good and betten than church members’ behaviuour. Due to this heavy charge, sometimes the pastor’s family could be an obstacle for the ministry. Learn from priest Eli’s family, whose children were belial, a pastor has to be able to give an early education for his children. Eli did not discipline his children when they made fault, Eli was not a good example for his children, and he didn’t give supports for his children’s ministries, not like Elkana’s family giving support for Samuel. That fact had make Eli’s family fail before the Lord sight.
